“Revolutionizing Healthcare Experience: A User-Centric Service Designed for I See Health App”
Choose the Healthcare Environment That Fits Your Needs

As a service designer, I aim to provide a positive user experience for every aspect of my product or service, including the physical environment in which it is used. That’s why I designed a service with an icon for filtering different kinds of spaces. This way, patients can choose which kind of interior design and atmosphere they prefer for their medical appointments.

Maybe some patients want to go to a doctor’s office with Hawaiian music and non-alcoholic piña coladas, while others prefer a place with a quiet and calming atmosphere. Regardless of the preference, this service will provide the information upfront, empowering users to choose the type of environment that best suits their needs and preferences.

Even if a place has dull and old furniture and grumpy faces, this app still provides that information, so the patient can make an informed decision about where they want to receive their healthcare services. And who knows, maybe in the future, patients can wait for their appointments while taking a bath on the beach or receiving a massage and pedicure. With my user-centric healthcare environment service, the possibilities are endless.

I designed this service as an integral part of the “I See Health” app that I created from scratch, with the goal of providing patients with the power to choose the healthcare environment that best suits their needs and preferences.
